SOUTH SIDE YOUNG ADULTS

As a High School graduate of our church's Student Ministry, our ministry leader, Jagger Cripe, was contemplating either staying at South Side and participating in small groups with adults 15 years older than him or finding a new church. Jagger felt God calling him to instead, start a group for college/young adult-aged individuals. South Side Young Adults (SSYA) has evolved since into a place for people to grow and share their faith with one another!

WHAT IS SSYA ALL ABOUT?

ROOTED.

What we root ourselves in determines how steadfast we are during the trials of life

At SSYA we choose to be rooted in the gospel's message of Christ's sacrifice on the cross.

BUILT-UP.

How we choose to live our lives determines how we build upon our foundation.

We encourage each other to live how Jesus lived. Speaking grace, truth, and love.

ESTABLISHED.

Our works are meaningless if our lives aren't spent trusting in Jesus.

Simply believing in Jesus isn't the end goal, we pray for all our members to live lives fully relying on the sovereignty of God.

WHEN & WHERE DOES SSYA MEET?

THE BASICS:

We meet on Sunday nights at 6:30pm in Room A111 at the church. The easiest way to get to the room is by going through DOOR A, taking an immediate right. From there, you'll go through both the children's welcome area and main church foyer. Go up the ramp on the right, second door on the right (Room A111).

COVID POLICY:

As we all know COVID-19 has changed the way we meet. While we are in person, we ask all who join us to mask up or social distance. There are hand sanitizer stations through the campus.
