SOUTH SIDE YOUNG ADULTS

FOR YOUNG ADULTS. BY YOUNG ADULTS.

Originally conceived as a way to bridge the gap between younger teens and the general adult population of the church. South Side Young Adults (SSYA) has evolved since into a place for people to grow and share their faith with one another! Come join us as we dig into God's word together and apply it to the issues young adults face in their everyday lives and how we can reach the world for Christ one life at a time.

WHAT IS SSYA ALL ABOUT?

ROOTED.

As believers we want to be firmly rooted and connected to Jesus as our source. We are utterly dependent upon Christ for our life and power to face trials and troubles.

BUILT-UP.

We seek to edify (build up) one another through the word of Christ. We encourage each other to live how Jesus lived. Speaking truth, and showing grace and love.

ESTABLISHED.

When we are rooted in Christ, and built upon the foundation of God's word we will be firmly established in life. We will not only be able to stand through any earthly trials, but we will also see our efforts last into eternity.
"Only one life, twill soon be past; only what's done for Christ will last."

WHEN & WHERE DOES SSYA MEET?

THE BASICS:

We meet on Sunday nights at 6:30pm in Room A111 at the church. The easiest way to get to the room is by going through DOOR A, taking an immediate right. From there, you'll go through both the children's welcome area and main church foyer. Go up the ramp on the right, second door on the right (Room A111).
