One Life at a Time

As Christians, we are called to go and make disciples of nations. Well, how do we do this? How can we change the viewpoint of many and make Christ a priority? How can we impact this broken world for Christ?

We do it one life at a time!
In order to truly influence one another, we must first surrender ourselves to God. \\

Therefore, in order to do this, we must do a few thing.

1. Begin by by praying purposefully.

We must pray purposefully because we can not save people by ourselves. Jesus does the life saving! All that we can do is plant the seed of thought.

We need to pray to have Him on our side, or else our efforts will be fruitless.

We also need to pray that God will open a door for us to speak the Gospel, the Good News of Jesus.

Most importantly, we also need to pray that we are able to share the Gospel clearly and concisely. Don't let the fear of "looking dumb" keep you from sharing the truth!

2. We should live expectantly.

This means that we should always be looking out for opportunities to talk about Him.

We can't just "walk the walk," we have to "talk the talk!"

We must live as if we are constantly and repetitively expecting God to provide these opportunities.

Imagine a hallway lined with doors on both sides. The only way to figure out which doors are unlocked is by actually trying to open each door, one at a time. Many will be locked, but I can guarantee that one of these doors is unlocked and waiting for God to arrive! (on a side note, just because a door is locked on the first time around doesn't mean it will not be unlocked the next time)

3. We have to speak intentionally.

We must allow ourselves to speak with grace, kindness, and most importantly, honesty. Don't be afraid to share the truth! We have the good news of Jesus! Let's share it with the world.

One last thing to think about: What if no one ever shared Jesus with you?
